Installation & setup
Add Nakama from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar, and open the side panel beside Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs. It opens next to any tab and remembers your layout and which apps sit in the rail.
Sign in & accounts
Sign in with Google. One Google account is one Nakama identity, shared between the extension and your account console at account.orenonakama.com. Switch or add accounts from the round avatar at the bottom of the rail.
Workspaces & members
A workspace is a team bound to its own account, each with its own connected integrations. On the Team plan you can invite people as members or viewers and manage their roles in the console. Every workspace keeps — and is billed on — its own plan.
Integrations
Connect Slack, Telegram, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Notion, Confluence, Figma, Dropbox, Zoom, Search Console, GA4 and more from the Marketplace. Each connects with your own account, and nothing is posted or sent automatically.
Privacy & your data
Nakama processes only the context you select, only when you ask — and never posts, sends, or writes anything on your behalf without your explicit action. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how Google user data is accessed, used, and stored.
Subscription & billing
Choose Free, Pro, or Team. Manage your plan, members, coupons, and invoices in the console; payments are processed by Polar. Plans are per workspace, so each workspace is billed separately.
Troubleshooting
If a panel won't load, refresh the tab or close and reopen the side panel. If an integration shows a sign-in error, reconnect it from the Marketplace. Updates install automatically — no manual upgrade needed.

Popular questions
What is Nakama?
Nakama is an AI work companion that runs in a Chrome side panel. It brings your whole workday — email, calendar, files, chat, meetings, and your developer and analytics tools — next to any tab, so you can read, summarize, draft, translate and organize your work without switching between apps.
Is Nakama free?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 and gives you your Google Workspace apps with your Google sign-in, with GPT included. Paid plans — Pro at $2.99 and Team at $3.99 — add the Marketplace, AI features, AI credit top-ups and team collaboration.
Do I need to install anything, and which browser is supported?
Nakama is a Chrome extension. Add it from the Chrome Web Store, open it from Chrome's side-panel button, and sign in with Google. It works on Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers.
Which apps does Nakama work with?
Out of the box, your Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and Google Chat. From the Marketplace you can also connect Slack, Telegram, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GitHub, Figma, Confluence, Notion, Dropbox, Instagram, Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4), with more added over time.
Does Nakama read or store my email and data?
Nakama only works with the context you open, and processes it on demand — it is shown in the panel and then discarded. Nothing is stored on Nakama's servers; the functions are stateless with no database. Your connection tokens stay in your browser's local extension storage, on your own device.
Which AI does Nakama use, and can I use my own key?
GPT is included on every plan. On the Pro plan you can bring your own OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude) API key, so requests run on your own account.
