Data Retention & Protection Policy
Principle
Nakama is designed to retain as little as possible: user data lives on the user's device, not on our servers.
OAuth tokens
Stored in Chrome's extension storage on the user's device. Retained until the user disconnects the service (deleted immediately) or uninstalls the extension (removed by Chrome).
Settings and preferences
Stored on the user's device; removed on uninstall.
Processed content
Email, file, message and meeting data is fetched on demand, rendered in the panel and discarded. It is never persisted server-side.
Server logs
Our stateless functions do not log request bodies, tokens or user content. Platform-level access logs (timestamps, status codes) are retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
Backups
We keep no server-side user data, so there are no user-data backups to manage.
Deletion requests
Email help@rexplore.xyz for deletion of anything covered by our Privacy Policy; we respond within 30 days.
Language
The Korean-language version of this policy is the authoritative text. All other language versions, including this English version, are translations provided for convenience only, and the Korean version prevails in the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights, or the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, which are preserved where applicable law so requires.
